This is a tutorial on how to fix a DXF file in Inkscape. Let’s apply a Radial gradient to the eraser and give it a couple pink stops. Now we can go to Path > Object to Path to fine tune our eraser’s shape with the Nodes tool. Simply open my attached file and check the distance between two green circles centres with the Measure tool. To draw the eraser, let’s start with a rectangle with rounded corners. ![]() In my example file, the base squares are 20 mm of side as designed in Corel and as measured in Inkscape ("Measure" tool) in the DXF instead, the side is 15 mm once measured in Inkscape in the CDR.
